A European platform for a living lineage
Holotropic Breathwork is powerful experiential inner work. It deserves
to be presented with clarity, care, and responsibility.
This platform will support access to information about the practice,
its lineage, ethical foundations, preparation, screening, facilitation,
integration, and professional standards.
The project is independent, inclusive, and standards-based. It is
designed to support the wider Holotropic Breathwork community while
respecting the different training backgrounds and paths through which
facilitators have been formed.
What this platform will include

Educational resources for participants, trainees, and practitioners
A European facilitator directory
Standards for responsible practice
Information about preparation, screening, setting, and integration

Why this matters
Holotropic Breathwork can open deep psychological, emotional,
biographical, perinatal, and transpersonal material.
For this reason, access to the practice should be supported by proper
preparation, skilled facilitation, clear ethical boundaries, appropriate
screening, and careful integration.
This platform is being created to help make those principles visible,
accessible, and practical.

We are preparing the structure, content, facilitator information,
ethical framework, and resources that will shape the platform.

Sitara Blasco has been teaching, facilitating, and organising
Grof Transpersonal Training programmes for more than 25 years.
Her work is rooted in a deep commitment to Holotropic Breathwork,
group process, and the careful transmission of facilitation skills
to new generations of practitioners.

Juanjo Segura has more than 25 years of experience as a teacher,
facilitator, and organiser of Grof Transpersonal Training
programmes. His work focuses on creating safe, professional, and
human learning environments where trainees and facilitators can
develop their skills with depth, care, and responsibility.
